Hi Lena,

many thanks for your comment. It's always nice to get positive feedback. The green house was our favourite out of the Ilfracombe What If's. Incredibly it used to belong to a local councillor who let it get into such a state!

We got lots of feedback after the What If Was featured in the North Devon Journal which was really positive. We were hopeful that the council or local traders would take some of the ideas on board. Unfortunately the Councilors and Mayor in Ilfracombe don't seem to like anyone who doesn't live there having ideas for the town (despite the fact that I grew up there and my parents still live in Ilfracombe which makes it feel a bit like Royston Vasey!)

So do you live in Ilfracombe or nearby? We have an idea for the old bus station which should very cost effective and turns it into a beach hut market, like a seaside version of a German Christmas market. It will take a while to visualize though.

Many thanks and all the best,

DBGP
